Findable is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the UK to be the main point of contact for our UK-based clients. You’ll work with customers from onboarding through to expansion, ensuring they achieve their business goals and are fully supported in their use of our platform. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Product teams based in Oslo. The Role
As the Customer Success Manager (UK) at Findable, you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention for our clients in the UK. You’ll guide customers through the onboarding process, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for expansion. Your success in this role will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall value customers gain from our platform.

Proven Customer Success Experience
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer success, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. You’ve managed customer relationships, led onboarding processes, and know how to drive retention and growth.
Hands-on Approach
As our UK-based CSM, you’ll need to be proactive and hands-on. You’re comfortable managing a range of customer needs and aren’t afraid to dive into the details when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success and fully understand how to use Findable’s platform.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Findable and drive retention by ensuring ongoing value from the platform.
- Problem Solving: Work closely with the product and support teams in Oslo to resolve any customer issues or challenges in a timely manner.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and ensure it is communicated to the product team to continuously improve the platform and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong track record of managing customer relationships and driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the broader company goals and team.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation to be in the office twice per week. You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Product teams based in Oslo, ensuring seamless communication and coordination as you manage our UK clients.
