The Role

As a Recruiter at Findable, you’ll play a crucial role in our expansion by sourcing and attracting the best talent in the industry. Based in our Oslo headquarters, you will be instrumental in building a world-class team that aligns with our values and vision. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while working closely with our leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience: You bring 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the tech, SaaS, or startup sectors. Your expertise allows you to identify and secure top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Structured and Proactive: You excel at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring they are well-organized and efficient. You’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

• Think Outside the Box: You’re innovative in your approach, finding creative ways to attract and engage candidates. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in both Norwegian and English, you communicate clearly and effectively. You’re comfortable conducting interviews in both languages and are a strong ambassador for Findable’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Responsibility: Manage the entire recruitment process from strategy development to candidate onboarding, ensuring we hire the right talent to meet our growth objectives.
• Collaborate with management: Work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic input on talent acquisition.
• Represent Findable: Act as the face of Findable in the recruitment process, ensuring candidates have a positive experience and view us as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for tech, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with a high degree of organization and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Experience in creative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
