The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Findable, you will be a critical part of our sales team, driving lead generation and positioning Findable as the premier solution in the proptech space. You will report directly to our Sales Manager, Oliver Vaage, and collaborate closely with the broader sales team to identify and qualify leads, ensuring a seamless transition of opportunities to the Account Executives. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is eager to contribute, and has a passion for proactive outbound prospecting.

Proactive and Adaptable
You excel at proactive outreach, generating new leads, and engaging with prospects. As Findable's product is continuously evolving, we’re looking for someone who can quickly adapt and provide insights that shape our future success.
Proven Sales Experience
You bring experience in a B2B sales environment, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Familiarity with the construction and property management sectors is a plus.
Collaborative Team Player
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, optimize lead generation, and ensure consistent data tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach to generate new leads and position Findable’s services to both private and public companies within the construction and property industries.
- Discovery & Qualification: Run initial meetings to understand prospect needs, qualify leads based on their pain points, and ensure alignment with our goals before passing them to Account Executives.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment in messaging.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospecting data in the CRM, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of all activities.
- Inbound Lead Engagement: Respond to inbound leads, engage in discovery conversations, and qualify potential opportunities.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth handovers of qualified leads.
- Performance Monitoring: Track lead generation metrics and report regularly to key stakeholders, including the Sales Manager.
Employee Onboarding:
You will receive comprehensive training on Findable’s product, company routines, and procedures. In the early stages, you will shadow experienced sales professionals to learn the ins and outs of the role.
KPIs and Success Metrics:
- Meetings Booked: Set targets for weekly or monthly meetings to track lead generation and conversion.
- Pipeline Created: Monitor the volume of qualified leads passed to the sales team to assess pipeline growth.
- Closed Won Assist: Track the number of deals closed with your contribution during the prospecting and qualification stages.

- Location: Based in our London office, you will work from our modern office with stunning views and a vibrant, collaborative atmosphere. Flexibility for remote work on select days is also available.
- Salary: Competitive salary with negotiable commission structure, plus additional benefits
- Work Hours: Standard hours are 09:00-17:00, with flexibility as needed.
