The Role
As an Account Executive at Findable, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, closing new business, and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy, and as the face of Findable to many clients, your ability to understand their challenges and position Findable’s solutions will be crucial to our success.
You will work closely with our leadership, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients, while also providing critical feedback that informs product development and enhances our market fit.
What We’re Looking For:
Strategic Hunter
You have a proven track record in B2B sales within proptech. You are skilled at identifying key decision-makers, understanding client pain points, and crafting solutions that align with their needs. Your ability to build a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, while also working inbound leads, will be essential.
Closer with Customer-Centric Focus
You excel at taking deals from discovery through to close, maintaining a consultative approach throughout the process. You understand that each client has unique requirements, and you pride yourself on tailoring solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. Your ability to upsell and cross-sell is rooted in deep client understanding and trust.
Collaborative Team Player
You are comfortable working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value. You recognise that sales is a team sport, and your feedback will help shape the future direction of our product and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close new customers across the construction and property industries, maintaining a full sales pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiating and closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and tailor our solutions to meet their needs, positioning Findable as the go-to partner for property management innovation.
- Account Growth: Build lasting relationships with clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring our existing customer base maximizes the value of our platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to provide client feedback that informs product development, and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless post-sale transition.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2-5 years of experience in PropTech sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You thrive in a scale-up environment where we constantly challenge the status quo
- Experience working with CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track activity.
- Ability to work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Location: London, with flexibility for remote work on select days.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with a performance-based commission structure with additional benefits
- Working Hours: 09:00-17:00, with flexibility as needed.
- Business Travel: Limited travel for now, but this may increase as Findable expands internationally.
